PS  I was thinking about doubling my dose of Levothyroxine and it made me think of you Moira and how you had to take a large dose of it and the fact that you had side effects?   I am sure you were taking way more than 50mcgs but I don't remember how many and I don't remember how you felt though it seems like you felt sort of nervous or maybe hyper?  I don't know if it was on this board or the other where we talked about it.  I think it was the old board so would do me no good to look for it.

Just looked up my results Linda.

My TSH was 4.5 back in  08/02/2017 I was taking 100mcgms.  OK but a bit High. ( O.30 - 4.00 )
My TSH was  10.00         20/10/2017   ...………...…..100mcgms . Too HIGH !!!!
My  TSH was   4.2            21/05/2018                     100mcgms.  Normal
     
I never had another test till 15/02/2019  TSH 3.4                       OK

Had the next test               18/09/2019  TSH 0.89                     LOW   ( 0.30 - 4.00 )
                                        18/10/2019  TSH 1.1                       Still a bit  LOW
                                        28/11/2019  TSH 0.92                     Normal !!~! 
 I am off tomorrow for another blood test and results should be through by Monday / Tuesday !

Oh my goodness Moira, great minds do think alike or at least have similar events in their days!    Your TSH has been all over the place.  I really wonder what it will be when you get the next result. 
You will laugh.............I was fretting over doubling my Levothyroxine dose this morning.  I was lying in bed thinking about it before I went to sleep and I had about decided that I would cut one pill in half and take that along with the whole pill and then move up to the two pills in a week or two.  Then I thought about calling the doctor today to say that I didn't want to double my dose all at once and did I even HAVE to do it at all since I wasn't THAT far off.  Well, I fell asleep and had a dream.  I was at Joe and Susie's and was taking my pills there.  After doing so, I was horrified to see that I had taken THE CATS PILLS along with my own.  I don't even know if their cat TAKES PILLS!    I was really in a state about that, but I woke up and realized it was a dream.  SO...........I got up this morning and took both pills just as the nurse instructed me yesterday.  Enough stewing and fretting, I'll just try to forget about the side effects and hope I won't have any.

You do take a high dose and it will be interesting to see what your results are next week.  Ange probably can regulate your dosage as well as a doctor. 
I had another odd dream last night, there was a person in my dream who looked like Tim, but when he talked it was Emma. 

Ange is probably right about you regulating your own dose since you  know how you feel. 
I don't know about my dreams.  For a long time now I've been dreaming more and I don't know why.
The dream where Tim turned into Emma was so long and involved and interesting.  One does wonder why you dream what you do.  I'm pretty sure the dreaming has nothing to do with the Levothyroxine since I've been dreaming more for a couple of y ears now.  I'm on my 4th day now of the double dose and trying not to think too much about it.     My other emoticons don't work for me today? 

You did get a quick thyroid result and that's good and great that you are NORMAL!  So I guess you will just keeping taking the dose you have been taking?    I had another long dream last night and I remembered it when I woke up but now I can't remember a single thing about it.  I wish I could because I do recall that I was enjoying it! 
TOMORROW I have to go to the DENTIST, just a check up but I never enjoy that!!

I usually only go to the dentist when I have to!!!!
