How exciting, a CASH BUYER coming.  I hope they love the property and plunk the cash right down on the table. 
It's great that Jack is careful with his money.  Most kids his age would have it burning a hole in their pocket and it would GONE!

So did any cash buyer come and plonk down the cash ???? Not a chance .. no even a buyer turned up !!!!!!!! Apparently they got the wrong day !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The buyer that is ..... NOT Bonnie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good job I did not get round to doing the vacuuming :)
