I've never heard of Liam's little girls playing with Jack, Cash and Greta but maybe they are older.   They sound like nice neighbors.

I have NEVER mentioned Liam by name before Linda :)     He lives next door to Bonnie and Dan with his wife Melissa,  a community police woman, she has recently gone back to work. They have 2 little girls. Her dad Dave was the man doing our fencing last year.  Nice people :)

Oh that's funny.  I assume Liam did it in fun.  I don't remember hearing about Liam before today but you KNOW  ME!  Does he have a wife?

Shiree does enjoy her lifestyle most of the time and what is not to like with all the trips and travelling they do....not forgetting the 2 houses in NZ,  no doubt paid for by their tax or whatever.  I thought Martin was quiet when I met him, maybe he is too quiet and is only interested in his work ! 
The impromptu concert was on our deck but I am sure Bonnie could hear it at her house... it was loud ! The police man next door, Liam was driving to work up alongside Bonnies drive way and did the police car alarm … it shut the kids up for a minute :) :)

You did say Shiree has money of her own but evidently not enough to live in the lavish lifestyle she has with Martin.  If he isn't mean and nasty she probably should stay with him for the kid's sake.  No kids like divorce, it's always so hard on them.  Shiree must do plenty of drinking and I hope that is just an occasional thing and not the norm.  It sounds like the kids had so much fun and it would have been fun for you to watch them play and do so well together.  So Jack wants them back but I see you say HELP so I hope it will be awhile.

No I suppose Shiree would like to keep her well heeled life for as long as she can, can't say as I blame her really.

It sounds like the kids had a great old time. I am assuming that this impromptu concert was not held this morning with Bonnie having a hangover

You are right Darien I am sure it is the fact that Martin never tells Shiree anything and he just does not communicate.
There is no way she will divorce him in the next few years I am sure …… she will lose her fancy way of life.... no Philippino ( sp) servants cooking cleaning and child minding..... etc etc. No holiday with all the grand parents in a French Chateau, no Christmas and New Year in The Maldives !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shiree and Bonnie polished of 2 + bottles of wine last night too and Shiree must have drunk 6 cups of tea this morning even Bonnie said she drunk too much last night and needed water this morning ! I don't know how Shiree does it ! Anyway she called an Uber this afternoon at 3pm and they left to go stay with her friend in Auckland city … I did offer to drive but I don't know the way and neither did Shiree !
Yes the kids all played the drums and I will put up a photo. They brought ALL the drums out onto the deck plus the guitars and little piano toy thingy ….and cymbals for Max to play as we were short of drum sticks !!!! And we also had music on Jacks Boom box !!!!  The kids asked when can they come back again !!!! HELP !

Things really worked out well and Bonnie even helped out, that's great!
I'm sure Bonnie's kids enjoyed Shiree's kids so they would have all had fun.  Did Jack play the drums for them?   
Did you get the feeling that Shiree will go ahead and divorce Martin or not? I'm glad you did well with the company and now it will soon be time for Ange to arrive.    Shiree must feel keeping in shape and looking young is important.   She probably is trying to rekindle the romance with Martin.

Sounds like you have ben very busy, but good that Bonnie took all the kids and fed them in return for you. So it's just that Martin is a disinterested husband and father, that would be very hard to live with as Shiree strikes me as an open and demonstrative person. Did John have any word of wisdom for her? Hopefully her mother is able to help as well.
I wonder if you mean laser treatment?

There is no way Shiree and kids can stay here when Ange comes but honestly they are no bother and they get on great with Jack etc.  They go to a friend's house tomorrow in Auckland itself then back to Wellington to leave the kids with Dee and Shiree back to the house in Queenstown to do some fix ups ! . NOT home  to HongKong as I thought.... not till February. 
We all went to the beach today, a bit chilly with the wind so we went for chips and ice creams !!! I fed all kids last night because Bonnie was going out to a school get together and Dan was going to be late home. All went well so Bonnie fed all kids  tonight and Shiree went down to help, that was at 4pm Have not seen Shiree since but I have heard her laughing and probably having a glass or two of wine.

When I picked them up at the airport at 4pm yesterday she unloaded 4 bottles of wine to share !!!  We had one last night with dinner and she opened a second one...… I am NOT drinking wine again !
Shiree was not drinking at the funeral because she flew home that evening... it was while she was staying at our house for the week she was drinking and it turned out she was also on Valium.. or the equivalent. She seems fine and has been having ... not botox but similar, she looks about 35 instead of nearly 44 !!! Skinny too. Martin in not Gay, she said he was just not interested and never tells her anything or talks to her.

I hope so too, for Moira's sake as her lovely home isn't big enough. With any luck Moira might get back in here before Ange drops in, mind you, Ange wouldn't mind if Moira was on with us for a bit :)

There won't be much time between Shiree's visit and Ange's visit so we probably won't see as much of Moira, especially with Shiree and the kids there.  Hopefully Shiree won't end up staying into Ange's time.

I didn't notice Shiree drinking a lot at the funeral, she was flitting about all over the place. Hopefully she isn't doing that now.

I remember about Tony's wife taking the children, it must have broken Dee's heart all over again

Tony's family lost Tony and his children, that's sad.  They may very well never see them again.
Shiree taking pills and drinking is not good.  I hope she is over that.  You will soon see.

Bwahahaha pigs might fly too :) :)  Shiree was drinking a lot at Madeleine's funeral and that's when she was talking to John .. he was drinking too so we all left them to it ! She was also depressed with her life as well as losing Madeleine her best mate...... and seeing as John is a psych nurse Shiree thought he might be able to help her …... I do remember she was taking  lots of pills given to her from her own doctor.  Ange said they were pretty strong too whatever they were.  IT was much later on that John said something about Shiree thinking Tony was gay.  He is a good looking man .. well he was he last time I saw him.... about 5 years ago. I never thought he was gay having met him twice but we shall see what Shiree has to say.  I pick her and the kids up at 4pm so IF I am not on here tomorrow night you will know Shiree has not shut up !!

Yes Linda, Tony was her brother and sadly for Dee, their Mum, Tony's wife has taken the 2 grandkids to Australia to live with her mother and Dee never hears anything from them :(

That is all very interesting and like Darien, I don't think I knew Martin may be gay.  If he is a nice man and good father maybe she would consider staying with him IF he wants HER and she doesn't mind living with a possibly gay person. 
Why do you think Shiree would rather talk to John than you?  Where will any of you talk privately with her kids and your kids around.  Maybe after they go to bed at night?  Or maybe you, John and Shiree could go somewhere and talk and Bonnie could keep ALL THE KIDS!  Isn't that a great idea? 
Seriously, it's a huge decision for Shiree and one can only hope she makes the right one.  It is good that she doesn't have financial woes or will have if they do divorce.
Tony was her brother, right?  The one who died of cancer.  If they are the only ones in that family then Shiree would inherit anything left by her family, unless Tony had kids.  I kind of think he did???

I don't think you mentioned that Shiree thought Martin was Gay!!! That would be very difficult to live with. Let us know how it all works out. At least she won't be left destitute.

It turns out that Shiree is coming from Wellington so I suppose she and the kids are on their way back to Hong Kong.  I think maybe Shiree has been here in NZ for Christmas with her Mum but no mention of her husband Martin.   I don't know where they will sleep.... I have the big bed and a big sofa. Not sure there is even room with Jack and Cash either ! Shiree has been here before so she knows the living situation, we will all muck in anyway. They are supposedly staying for 2 nights, good job as there is no way we can accommodate Ange as well :)  The kids do have a tent :) :) 

Shiree did say something about not being happy with Martin when she was here last time … she likes to talk to John more than me !  She did says something to the effect that she thought Martin might be gay when she was in Perth for Madeleine's funeral.  !!

Martin has the money as he is an international banker and they do have 3 properties here in NZ, expensive properties too and I Know Shiree does not want to go back to Germany to live, she wants to live and bring up the kids in NZ.  Shiree is also not short of a bob or two in her own right with money from her grandmother and her Mum Dee is not short either.

PS  I was so stunned about your company that I forgot to comment about Shiree and the divorce.  Did you know they were having problems?  I know that Shiree has money and will be okay financially, so that's good or is the money Martin's money??

Got an email from Shiree who is coming to Auckland from HongKong with her two kids on Wednesday and can she come stay for a couple of nights ! I need a bigger house !  From what I can gather she is wanting to divorce her husband Martin and wants some one to talk to about it all apart from her mother.  Shiree calls us her second Mum and Dad ! Watch this space !

Ange also comes early Sunday morning till 3rd Feb. It is Angie's 69th birthday today and Annie's 38th tomorrow !!!   Help,  where have the years gone ?
