Frames on the wall.

I put up the frames on the bedroom wall today.......... after searching for nails ( couldn't find screws to fit..... ) and finally finding some at the local garage !   Yes it was a bit of a mission putting them up and getting them straight and when I went to take a photo for you I see the big frame has slipped to one side ever so slightly BUT I can SEE it !   Ah well I will fix it tomorrow ! I do not have my ornaments of fancy things to put on the shelves yet, all still in the studio .... so only my smelly candle things are there right now and my clock !

That would have been a hard job but nothing is too hard for YOU MOIRA.  I'm sure in time you will have it all fixed up perfectly straight, etc..

To keep my pictures straight I buy the 3M velcro strips and place them on the bottom of the picture, it prevents them from moving I shall have a look on FB to see if you put the photos up.

I use those strips too.  When you next use one of them Darien you can think of Chris, Laura's husband, as he works in that area of 3M.

Help so where do I buy these velcro strips ? I have used double sided sellotape !

YOU Have told us this before Linda .... but 3M  means nothing to me  so how is Chris keeping health wise nowadays ?

They have them at Walmart, Target, etc..  I wouldn't think your cellophane tape would be strong enough.  This is what they are.

3M is a HUGE company but then you wouldn't know about it I suppose.  Chris and Laura have both worked there since they left college
in 1991.  There are 3M branches all over the place.
You know that Chris had the stem cell transplant last year and so far he's doing great.

I had forgotten that they worked at 3M and you are right, next time I use them I will think of Chris. I'm glad to hear he doing so well these days.

You can buy the velcro strips anywhere Moira, I buy them when I am shopping in Woolworths. You will find them near the battery and picture framing area. The 3M ones are the best ones though.

Sometimes when we've seen Chris he has given us a few sample things from 3M, tape, sandpaper, etc..  I've never had any of those strips other than 3M's.
Chris is doing fine and I thought the stem cell transplant was a sure cure but it's not.  Evidently the cancer can return so one just has to wait and see.

OH I DO have some of those strips.... I do use them but I never thought they may be ' Velcro strips'  but of course they ARE ! And I know ' Velcro ' from sewing !!! MY hand towel in the new bathroom is stuck on the side of the cabinet with a velcro sticker and a hook !
I will fix the picture frame tomorrow !!!!!!!!!

Good to hear that Chris is managing to keep going and is coping well. Long may it last (((((((((((((((((((Chris))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
