Bugger this global warming rubbish, it is supposed to be summer and I have switched on my side of the electric blanket !!! I am off to bed soon !!!!!

Not like last year then when it was very warm and humid :( It is going to be a very hot day here today 44C (111F) predicted and dry winds which will fan the existing fires. I so hope no idiot will light anymore fires, although no doubt they will.
It's Liam's 20th Birthday today and I am taking him out for lunch, thankfully where we are going is air-conditioned.

NO not like last year when it was humid and horrible !
44C is far too HOT for me ! I hope there are no other fires and who would be stupid enough to even smoke outside in that heat ?
Happy Birthday Liam, he is a very handsome young man. Enjoy the birthday lunch and do not get overheated.
Yes, Linda Liam must have been just born when we first met. Wow and Emma did not even exist !! Both Emma's !!!

He had a nice lunch at his favourite Chinese restaurant, Emma and his girlfriend Courtney was there and they went shopping after lunch while Robert and I came home and stayed indoors with the air con on. It got to 44C here today, it was awful and it's still about 33C outside :( We are expecting a cool change come through in a few hours.
When we were on the very first meno board, Liam wasn't born as Kylie and Garry had not long met, he was born when we found the Yahoo board.

Did we know about Courtney?  She's not the one nobody liked, is she?  It would have been fun for you to be there with the "kids", though they are big kids.  
We do go back a long ways now, BEFORE Liam, Emma and Emma!   WOW!

Its nice that you all went for lunch with Liam. 44 is far too hot so is 33 in my book !! It has been cool here and so overcast with your smoke. It was a bit  like Armageddon !!!!!! Horrible and so eerie. It also got dark at 5pm instead of staying light till 8pm !!!
I cannot remember that far back when Liam was born but I had a vague memory of Emma being born …. in Melbourne ?????!!!!!!!!!

Liam and Courtney have been an 'item' for over 12 months now and she is a lovely girl. She has moved in with Liam, so Kylie has three of them now.
We seem to have that 'armageddon' look almost all the time now. It is cooler today again and we are expecting a little rain, but only about 5 mils :(
Yes, Emma was born in Melbourne and I flew down a few days before her birth and stayed about 2 weeks.

Oh, so Liam and Courtney really are an item if she has moved in with them.  Is Kylie okay with that?  Where do Courtney's parents live?  I'm glad you all like her and I'm sure she likes you too.  Is she going to school?

I did notice how both Liam and Courtney were both wearing pyjamas in one photo at Christmas and so their  living arrangements did cross my mind !!

Our skies are clear today, lovely blue skies with big clouds of white !  It is very windy and the electricity went off this afternoon for an hour or so.... due to the winds ! It also rained a bit last night for a short time.

I do remember you going to Melbourne when Emma was born ! Good memory eh ?  :) :)

Kylie is fine with it as long as they both pull their weight with housework etc. Courtney is also at Uni which is where they both met. Her parents live about 40 minutes away north of us.

We cloudy skies all day and about 2 minutes of rain, I was so hoping it would be more. We have had thunder this afternoon, but nothing else

No, they were normal cloudy skies and we did a few drops of rain, not enough to even water the garden though :(

I thought maybe Liam and Courtney met at school.  I'll go over to FB and see if I can see pictures of them in their pajamas.
I saw on the news last night that some of the badly affected places got a downpour rain last night, I sure hope so!!
