I know Linda had to get a new computer, so I wasn't really expecting her. Where are you Moira????? I hope everything is ok?

All good now Darien !!! I ended up in North Shore hospital last night 6pm ...by ambulance as John does not know the way !! Yes bad indigestion or hiatus hernia or whatever once again. I was fed up with the pain in my middle chest bit.  They were more thorough this time and did the blood tests... not a heart attack and then did a tummy scan and a chest xray. The general consensus was once again acid reflux. I was sent to the ? watch and wait ward... what a fiasco ...with the 35 year old female in the next bed f...ing and blinding. She had glass in her foot after kicking in a window in a bad temper. She would not let the Doctor touch her foot and called for sleeping pills to help her sleep ..that lasted till 4am then I got moved upstairs to the gastric/medical ward. A bit more peaceful !
I was allowed home this afternoon after the docs. got my medical history from my GP here and I have more Prantoprazole  and take one before dinner as well as morning and see how I go. Also need another chest xray in 6 weeks and need to have a CT scan thing.
It took John over an hour to find his way to pick me up then as it was worker home time...5pm...ish the roads were packed and he could not find the right way back. HE is an awful driver and it is a wonder I survived the ride home !!!!!!

I heard from Ange and she said you had been in hospital!!! What a scare you must have had, but I am glad they were thorough and your heart is all good. Hopefully these new meds will help with your indigestion and you will have no more attacks.

((((((((((((((((((((Moira)))))))))))))))))))))  I'm SHOCKED and so glad you checked out okay and no heart problem.  That is a great relief for sure.   The woman in the bed next to you was "f...king and blinding"?  I get the "f" word but what does blinding mean?  I'm thinking and thinking and I am NOT figuring this out.  I'm sure Darien knows and she will explain before you get here Moira.  It sounds like that woman was anything but a peaceful experience for  you!!   I hope the medication will help you!!!

11/10/2019 · Effing is for "f'ing",  blinding is related to blimey, ( Cockney ..London word ) i.e. "God blind me!". Noun . effing and blinding (uncountable) swearing, cursing. Much effing and blinding could be heard from the fans when they discovered that their team had lost !!!

I had to look it up in order to explain it.  !!!! :)

Yes I assumed 'f...ing' was for EFFING!  (Oh for an emoticon)   Well, it's a good thing you explained the blinding because that I would never have known.  I wondered what happened with the woman, she's probably somewhere else f...ing and blinding.
