I was going to have an early night but I got carried away on here. The sky right now at 8:45pm is orangy pink with lots of clouds. It almost looks like smoke ! I will put up a picture on FB.

I saw the sunset photos, they looked beautiful :)

I was messaging Ange last night, wishing her a safe trip etc and she told me you had had a dreadful night too.

I think I ate something that was not good when we met Jill in Albany. I have heard from Jill today and she too felt off on Sunday... like me !!  We ate the same thing at lunch ! Nurse Ange is telling me I have a hiatus Hernia... it is not a heart problem and no ambulance needed !!  I feel fine today apart from the humidity !

Really strange sunset pics from here tonight as well as last night. It seems as if Helensville is on fire ! We are on a hill and can look through the trees. I need a posh camera or I need to learn how to use John's complicated one !

Ange said she thought you had bad indigestion and you do seem to get it a lot. You really should have it checked out. An X-Ray will show if you have a Hiatus Hernia. They are very common in women, so it wouldn't surprise me if you have one. Talk to your Dr and while you are there, see about having a skin check done!!!!!!

I saw the photos, very eerie!!

I didn't know that stomach upset had anything to do with having a hernia.  I just hope you are feeling much better by now.

So far today, touch wood, all has been well. I am taking the antacid Pr.... in the morning before breakfast and one before dinner.  I had a couple of endoscopies in Dunedin when I was meno and one in Perth and they showed scarring from acid !  I also had a chest xray when in A&E and the doc said it showed nothing except a small smudge which could be a wrinkle in the hospital gown I was wearing. !!!!! I am down to have another one in 6 weeks. Why did they not do the xray without the stupid big gown on me ?

They don't do the X-Ray without the gown for your dignity, so I wouldn't worry too much (((((Moira)))))
