Maddie, that's it. I knew it was close How heart breaking to have taken two children into your home, loved and raised them, only to be slapped in the face

I am assuming all is well with Grant these days?

The story of Chris and Laura and the adoptions is very sad and now Chris has been battling a life threatening disease to boot.
Grant has been so much better and this has been true for several years but who knows what the tragic loss of his mother will mean for him.  Connie said she is so glad he has a nice girlfriend, she thinks that will help him.

You do read some awful stories about family problems and family heartache so I am convinced that any or our problems ... family wise .... are not major problems. Thank the Lord.

Laura and Chris took these kids into their homes as infants in good confidence that they would grow up well and be good people :(  (((((((((((((((((((((Laura and Chris)))))))))))))))))))))))))) SO sad.
I hope Grant has the help he may need in the loss of his Mum ((((((((((((((((Grant)))))))))))))))))))

I hope Grant remains stable and if he has a good girlfriend, that will help him, I am sure.

Poor Chris and Laura, such a good pair and so many years of heartache, doesn't seem fair at all.
I think the girlfriend is no doubt a blessing for Grant.  I'll let you know more as I hear.
