John rang tonight to say he will be on the flight tomorrow and arrive at Auckland airport 6pm ish.     He was also telling me how Anneliese who has been in Queensland visiting a friend and her family and met up with some old mates ... Annie got back to Perth and said her mates had set her up with a Rich farmer !! Apparently he has 2 kids already, he is 38 and has a BIG  property.  I don't know any more details but watch this space   ;D ;D ;D :D

There goes your peace and quiet in bed, you will have to share again and listen to his snoring, but I am sure you will be pleased to have him home as he has been gone a long time this trip.

Well, that's interesting news about Annie!  A rich farmer sounds GOOD, but it's hard for me to think of there being farmers there in a big city, but I guess after you leave the city you find farms AND farmers!!  I hope he is nice and that he and Annie will get along well   We need some romantic news around here Moira so THANK YOU! 
I hope John will have a good trip home and  you will have a safe trip going to pick him up!!

No further news as Annie will not tell anyone anything but apparently he has been txting her   !  I tried spying on her friend Aimee on FB but I cannot find her and I do not know her married name !!!  All Annie said was she would probably prefer being a Jillaroo than a banker !!!!!  Linda, a Jillaroo is a female Jackaroo...........a female novice on a cattle station or sheep station  :o

Took me 3 hours all up to pick up John as his plane was late, it poured with rain and the traffic for a Sunday was horrific with loads of horse floats !
Yes my peace is shattered ............. HELP  :P

It's a good thing you explained about the Jackaroo, Jillaroo business, because I have NEVER heard either word.  If you asked Annie about this man would she tell you details?  That must have been a wet trip to get John.  It's time to leave for church and it's raining here too.  At least it isn't snow so that's good.  It's easier driving in rain than snow.    Sorry your peace is shattered...........isn't there anything good about John being home again?   ;D

What a shame we are none the wiser about Annie's love life, we will just have to be patient and wait and see what happens.
Garry is in Auckland again at the moment, her arrived there last Wednesday and gets back tomorrow, Tuesday.
Did John tell you how Matt is going now?

Garry has been gone quite awhile, not as long as John but still almost a week.  They will be glad to have Daddy home and he will be glad to be there too.  I wonder what John reported about Matt too.

No Annie will not tell me anything as I have a big mouth !!!!! I have not been able to find out anything more ! I thought you might not know Jack or Jillaroo Linda  :D
AS for Matt, apparently he is quite friendly with a nurse up in Halls Creek, she is 27 years old. That is all I know ! But there is also a friendly school teacher too !! Matt told John he could live in Halls Creek as there is little traffic so he will not get Road Rage and few people living there !!! Matt also says this job in the gold mine is NO STRESS. 
Did you visit Halls Creek Darien when you were up in that area ?

What a shame we won't know anything more about Annie's love life for a while then.
I am pleased that Matt seems to have settled in up there and perhaps it will be the best move he has ever taken, I hope so No, I don't believe we went to Halls Creek, it doesn't ring a bell. That area is massive up there though.

I looked Halls Creek up and I believe we flew over it when we went on our tour, but the whole Kimberly region is massive.

I really didn't have anything to say about this post but I see if I don't reply to a post it remains on my "new" list.  So where do you girls read and post from?   There seem to be posts listed in more than one place, I haven't quite figured it out  yet.

Linda, I read the NEW posts from the bottom upwards. I have not tested to see if you can just read and not reply and the NEW sign goes or stays. I will try it on the next post :)

Linda, down the bottom of the post where you would click on 'reply' there is also a few other options and one of them 'mark as read' just click on that

I'll check out the "mark as read thing".  I know I've seen it but I thought as long as I always go to the spot where it shows the new posts that I shouldn't miss anything?
