I did not really read the stuff about Orange traffic light but we do need to wear a mask in the supermarkets ! Also on buses I think..... but what is a BUS   IT has been years since I was on a bus !

As for creaming my feet after my shower Linda .... yes I DID try it your way and NO I could not do it properly. IT is much easier just standing on the floor and putting one foot up on to the toilet seat lid and moisturising your foot that way. Then doing the other foot !!!!!!!!!!
