Getting Anxious

Tomorrow Pam, Larry and I are heading for Rochester where I will have my appointments on Thursday.  One is for blood work and the other is a consultation with a doctor and where I will learn about the new cancer I have and a possible treatment plan.  I must say I'm getting somewhat anxious about this trip, I don't really  know what to expect.  I know that the cancer has spread to my lungs and I know that's not good and I know it's a high grade cancer, called serous.  I shouldn't READ here online but I can't help myself.  Trying to remain positive here, not always easy though.

Do you feel any different ? Can you still breathe normally ?  Good job you are not and never have been a smoker too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also agree, STOP reading on the computer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too much information can cause you to worry even more
Darien, Deb.  and Robert are on their flight home now so they should arrive in Sydney sometime soon.

Thanks for the prayers Moira, I'll be thinking about that and will be thankful.   I guess I just don't know what to expect as far as treatment goes and there is no way I can know until I have the consultation.  I have no pain and no breathing problems at all and I would never have known I had a problem had it not been for the scan recently..  We will leave after Pam gets off work today.  It's Larry's 84th birthday today so the 3 of us will probably have a nice meal somewhere in Rochester tonight.
It will be so good to have Darien back, it seems like she has been gone forever.
I don't think Chris even knows about my latest cancer "thing", she hasn't been here in a long time.

Oh Chris, here you are and thanks for your kind words.  I had hoped that the chemo and radiation for the uterine cancer would be the end of it for me but it seems to have shown up in my lungs, so now there's more.   Things just happen to us all, things we don't want and things we do, we just keep trucking along as best we can.
We will be leaving here soon to go to Rochester so I won't be on until after we get back tomorrow.  I'm assuming I'll be coming home tomorrow unless they have me stay for some reason.

All day and last night too  ... in the early hours of this morning .... 3am to 5am as my nose was blocked up... I could not sleep  and I had a sinus headache and could not breathe properly and I has run out of my Sinex nose stuff and only had some none medicated nose stuff ... Fess... that I got in Aus. in August and it did not work so well. Sigh.  Stil bunged up today but I did go to the chemist and got some proper Sinex spray !
I know, I Know very MINOR compared to your worry BUT I was thinking of you especially about you and your nose spray that you use every night !!!!((((((((((((((((((((Linda))))))))))))))))))

I read your good news first thing Linda when I saw the new heading :)((((((((((((((((((((Linda))))))))))))))))))))))   I got some new nasal spray and it worked last night thank goodness :) Much better today thank you despite the cold wild winds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks (((((((( Chris ))))))))
