Cash went to Montessori here for maybe a year before going to Primary aged 5 ...   It is just like a nursery school... ? They do interesting stuff....more entertaining than actual learning I think !
Jack went to the local Nursery school up the road from where we lived in Samson, Perth and from what I recall it was similar to the Montessori here !  Free playing  and open learning !

Greta goes to Montessori here too just the odd day a week now because of covid.  IT keeps her entertained !~ Not cheap either !

We have something like that too, I think it's called Head Start, a government thing.

My kids all went to preschool but I have no idea what we paid, no memory of that at all but it was a LONG TIME AGO.  It was just 2 hours in the morning and I don't think it was every day, probably 3 days a week.

Right, it's more of a social thing for the little kids, they learn to sit still and pay attention to SOME degree anyway.  They did work on simple things like the alphabet, etc.  Did your kids watch Sesame Street, it's an American show but you might have seen it?  It teaches kids a lot of basic things.

I thought you probably saw it too and yes, it is an easy way to learn basic things.  Do Zuri and Arli watch it or is it even still on?

PS.  If Jack or Cash want to go on here after school I often make them spell some word before they are allowed on and yesterday Sunday, Jack wanted look up something after he had already had his half hour so I made him answer the questions in the newspaper in the Kids X word in exchange for 30 minutes extra computer time He got them all correct except ONE !!!!!!
